Returns & the Sixty-Night Guarantee

Light therapy is cumulative. Judging it after a week tells you nothing, which is why the guarantee runs for sixty nights rather than the thirty most of this category offers.

The guarantee

Use the mask properly for sixty nights — three to five ten-minute sessions a week. If your skin looks no different to you at the end of it, email us and we will refund you in full. We pay the return shipping. There is no form to complete, no restocking fee, and we will not ask you to prove you used it correctly.

Ordinary returns

If you simply change your mind, you can return the device unused and in its packaging within 30 days for a full refund. If it has been opened and used, the sixty-night guarantee above is the route to take instead — it is more generous.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and one line about why. We will send a prepaid return label the same business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel arriving with us.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, and devices bought from anywhere other than this store. For manufacturing faults, see the warranty, which runs for two years and is separate from this.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have by law. UK and EU customers keep the statutory 14-day right to cancel; this guarantee sits on top of that, it does not replace it.
