Beatrice Ribbed Button-Front Knit Cardigan

The Beatrice ribbed button-front knit cardigan is a deep navy piece cut close to the body, with gold-tone crest buttons running the full length of the front and a wide black belt worn over the waist.

The rib runs vertically through the body and the sleeves, so the knit reads as texture rather than pattern. The neckline is a plain round crew finished with a narrow navy neckband, the sleeves are long and set in, and the cuffs close in a narrow navy rib. The hem sits just below the hip bone. The belt is a separate piece with a rectangular gold buckle, and because the cardigan has no belt loops it simply sits on top, so you can wear it or leave it off. Works with tailored trousers, a slip skirt or straight-leg denim.

Is the belt included?
Yes. The wide black belt with the gold buckle comes with the cardigan. There are no belt loops on the knit, so the belt sits over the top as a separate piece and goes fully round the waist. You can wear the cardigan without it.

Is the white ruffle blouse shown in the photos included?
No. The white ruffle-collar blouse worn underneath in the photographs is styling only. It is not part of this product. You receive the navy cardigan and the belt.

Are the chest pockets real pockets?
No. The two chest flaps with the gold buttons are decorative. There is no opening behind them, so nothing can be carried in them.

How should I care for it?
Hand wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Dry flat. Iron at 110C maximum. Do not dry clean.
