The Jocelyne oversized wide sleeve jacket is cut short and full. Cape-like sleeves, a cocoon body, and a hem that stops at the upper thigh, just below the crotch.

This is a soft, boxy camel jacket with a dropped shoulder and no waist seam, so the volume falls straight from the shoulder to a slightly flared hem. The collar and lapel are one continuous pointed edge with no notch, worn rolled open or turned up to the throat. Three dark buttons run down the single-breasted front, and welt pockets sit at the hip. The surface is smooth and matte, with a fine diagonal grain at the collar and front edge, pressed edges and double topstitching at the cuff. Wear it over a mini skirt and knee boots, or over jeans.

How long is it really?
Upper thigh. The hem sits just below the crotch, well above mid thigh, so a skirt or dress worn under it will show below the jacket.

How does it close at the neck?
Three buttons fasten the front. There is one extra buttonhole on the lapel at throat level, so the collar can be turned up and closed at the neck instead of worn rolled open.

Does it have pockets?
Yes. There are welt pockets at the hip: slit openings with stitched lips rather than flaps or patches.

Should I size down?
The cut is oversized by design, with a dropped shoulder and cocoon volume through the body and sleeve. Take your usual size for the shape shown. Size down if you want less volume and a shorter sleeve.
