Astrid Contrast-Collar Zip-Front Cardigan

The Astrid zip-front cardigan is cropped above the natural waist and topped with an oversized turn-down collar in smooth, glossy mid-brown against a warm camel knit. The center-front zip is two-way, with a slider at each end.

The body is a fine, flat, even knit, set against a deep chunky rib at the hem and long ribbed cuffs. The shoulder seam sits well down the upper arm and the sleeve is full through the elbow before it tapers, so the cut reads boxy and roomy. The hem band stops above the natural waist and shows a strip of skin over a high-rise waistband. Wear it with wide-leg jeans, or over a high-waisted skirt.

How does the two-way zip work?
There are two sliders on the one zip. The top slider opens from the neck down in the usual way, and the lower slider lifts from the hem, so the hem band can be left open over a waistband.

How short is it?
Cropped above the natural waist. A strip of skin shows above a high-rise waistband, so plan on high-rise trousers or a high-waisted skirt.

What is the collar?
A smooth, glossy panel in mid-brown, cut as an oversized pointed collar, topstitched along the edge, softly creased where it folds and faced the same way underneath so it looks identical from the back.

Does it have pockets?
No. The front is clean either side of the zip.
