Bathilde Ribbed Button-Front Top & Palazzo Trouser Set

Bathilde is a two-piece set: a ribbed button-front top and matching wide-leg palazzo trousers, both cut from the same espresso knit. The collar and the front placket band are made in a smooth matte fabric set against the ribbed body, so they read a shade lighter while staying the same brown.

The top has a flat, pointed shirt collar on a short stand, a waist seam and a very short flared basque below it, with the front edges separating into a small center-front split at the hem. Seven polished gold-tone domed buttons run from the collar stand down the contrast placket. The sleeves are long and slim, lightly gathered at the shoulder and cut extra long over the hand. The trousers are wide through the leg and fall full length to the floor.
