Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition for a refund or exchange. Email support@arvellis.co with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

Every product page has a size chart with measurements in centimetres and inches. Check it against a garment you already own rather than going by your usual size, as the fit varies between styles. If you're between sizes, email support@arvellis.co before ordering and we'll advise.
You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering, provided it hasn't already been processed or shipped. Email support@arvellis.co with your order number as soon as you can and we'll do our best. After that, you're welcome to return it under our 30-day policy.
