Gilberte Asymmetric Zip Belted Biker Jacket

The Gilberte asymmetric zip belted biker jacket fastens on the diagonal. A separating zip runs up the front, then angles across the chest to the right lapel.

An oversized burgundy biker jacket, boxy and straight through the body, with dropped shoulder seams and wide sleeves. The wide notch lapel is faced in a short, dense fur-effect pile, and the same pile runs along the front edges, the deep hem turnback, and the cuff turnbacks. That is trim, not a full lining, so treat this as a mid-season layer. The outer is pebbled and grained with a soft sheen. A belt with a working prong buckle crosses the very bottom of the jacket, and a small tab with one snap stud sits on the left lapel edge. Shown worn open over a slim turtleneck.
