Cut wide through the shoulder and drawn in at the waist, the Bernadette is the short coat that makes a plain knit and trousers look deliberate. The collar is broad and notched, with storm flaps across the chest, and the hem stops at the hip.
A self-tie belt sets the waist where you want it, and slip pockets at the hip keep your hands out of the cold.
