The Danielle ribbed mock neck bell sleeve top is a thin, close-cut knit in deep burgundy, a dark red with a clear wine cast. The neckline is a mock neck, not a turtleneck: a single-layer band that stands about two inches off the base of the neck.

The band is cut straight, with a lightly rolled lettuce edge, and it does not fold over at any point. The rib is paneled rather than all-over: it is pronounced on the collar, down the full length of both sleeves and across a wide band on the lower torso, front and back, while the bust and upper back are worked in a finer, flatter knit. Long set-in sleeves fit through the upper arm and widen from about the elbow into a bell at the wrist. No. It is a mock neck. The collar is a single layer of rib standing about two inches off the base of the neck, cut straight with a lightly rolled edge. It does not fold over and it is not doubled, including in the back view.

Is it see-through?
No. There is no skin or bra visible in any frame. The knit is thin, though, so it follows the contour of the body closely.

Can I put it in the washing machine?
No. Hand wash at 40C maximum, do not bleach, dry flat and iron at 110C maximum. Gentle dry cleaning is also permitted.

Where does the hem sit?
At the waist. On high-waisted trousers the ribbed band lands exactly at the belt line, so nothing needs tucking.
