Ambre is an oversized bow-front cardigan in heathered gray, closed by three sequin ribbon bows down the center front. It ties. It does not button.

The knit is loose gauge with a soft halo across the surface, cut boxy and wide through the body with a dropped shoulder. The V neckline is deep and sits wide on the shoulders, finished with a narrow rolled self edge rather than a rib band. The sleeves blouson gently through the forearm and gather into deep ribbed cuffs. The hem lands between the waist and the high hip, so it sits well over a mini skirt or high-rise jeans.

Questions

Does this cardigan button?
No. The three sequin ribbon bows are the only closure. You tie them, and the front stays open between them.

Where does the hem sit?
Between the waist and the high hip. It clears the hip rather than covering it, which is why it works over a high-rise skirt or wide-leg jeans.

Is the knit see-through?
No. The gauge is loose but the knit itself is opaque. The gap between the bows is what shows the layer underneath, not the fabric.

How does it fit?
Oversized. It is cut wide and boxy through the body and shoulder, so take your usual size for a generous fit, or size down if you want it closer to the body.
