Yvette Quarter-Zip Knit Sweater & Wide-Leg Trouser Set

A two-piece set in chocolate brown, made up of a quarter-zip funnel-neck sweater and a matching pair of wide-leg trousers. Both pieces come together. The sweater's deep rib-knit stand collar opens with an exposed silver zip finished in a large hammered O-ring pull, and folds back into two soft flaps when you wear it open.

The sweater is a pullover, not a cardigan. Its zip runs from mid-chest straight up through the collar and stops there, so the front below it stays one solid panel and the sweater goes on over your head. Closed to the top, the collar sits as a high mock neck. The trousers pull on with a plain knit waistband gathered at the center back, then fall in a wide, steady line from a high rise to a plain hem at the ankle. Both pieces carry a vertical rib knitted into the yarn, with a lightly brushed, softly hairy surface.

FAQ

Is the white top shown included?
No. The white long-sleeve top worn under the sweater is a styling layer only and is not part of this set. The socks and the tan loafers are not included either. You receive the sweater and the trousers.

Does the sweater open all the way down the front?
No, it is a pullover. The zip begins at mid-chest and runs up through the collar; below it the knit is one unbroken panel, so the sweater goes on over your head.

How do the trousers fasten?
They pull on. The knit waistband gathers at the center back, and there is no fly, button, zip, drawstring or belt loops.

Are the two pieces knitted the same way?
They match in color and both carry a vertical rib, but not at the same gauge. The sweater is a denser rib, while the trousers are knitted finer and flatter with only faint striations.
